Ingredients 3/4 cup chicken broth 1/2 cup cheese, grated 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 medium carrot, grated 1 small onion, diced salt and pepper to taste 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed 1 box stuffing mix 1 1/2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded Instructions First, Preheat oven to 400 degrees Then, In a bowl, mix stuffing mixture, shredded cooked chicken, onion cubes, shredded carrot and steamed broccoli. Keto Chicken Quesadilla I did it for my husband. Since I did not have a pizza pan, I used my pizza stone. I need to invest in a regular pizza pan because it has spread too far. It was still very delicious. Ingredients 1½ Cups Mozzarella Cheese 1½ Cups Cheddar Cheese 1 Cup Cooked Chicken ¼ Cup Bell Pepper ¼ Cup Diced Tomato ⅛ Cup Green Onion Instructions First, Preheat oven to 400 F. Cover a pizza pan with Parchment Paper (NOT wax paper). Mix the Cheeses together, then evenly spread them over the parchment paper (in a circle shape). Bake the cheese shell for 5 minutes. Pour off any extra oil as soon as it comes out of the oven. Then, Place the chicken over half of the cheese shell. Then add the sliced peppers, diced tomato and the chopped green onion.
